    :( Housework

      35 months left!

Questions: Was told to start doing this so hear goes! Not sure what to do about my parging problems.

"With all the old parging removed, you've got a decision to make. You can parge again or you might want to consider a simple coat of 100 per cent acrylic exterior latex paint instead. Parging is supposed to help keep water out of masonry walls, but in practice it offers little value. Given how poorly parging ages in Canada, you may want to avoid potential future problems altogether."

Did the yearly flushes for my car next oil change Jan. 2010
46 months left of car tires

I've put about 80 patio blocks down so far, I might buy another forty and put those down next. When I put the pics up you'll see my lousy job. Whatever.

2010 parging the house. Hmm, if I'm going to parge I should put up a pony wall at the same time. Hmm, why not put a basement in instead? Hmm, why not expand the house and put on a new addition at the same time? Hmm, this will cost me about the same as I spent on my house to begin with. Of course once the work is done I won't have to move and then I can put off painting and the patio for a full year. Decisions, decisions. Cost, cost. Is it really worth it?

Finished staining 7/8ths of my fence not doing anymore this year.

Only two window frames left and I'm done painting my house!

    Primed front of shed.

    Eaves and vinyl siding 2011

Planted a few Lamiuni Purple in the front yard will see if they live. One looks to be dying the other two doing pretty good.

Will need more soil by the back of the house, more soil for the flower bed, should get manure for the flower bed, and more slag to the shed once I have the patio blocks down and see if I want more or not. Will probably get at least ten more.  My yardwork might finally get done 2011 which kinda sucks cause that's too long for me.

    Basement Idea:

    13ft deep, 203'X 36'9" or maybe I'll change that to 20'3"X 40'
    Bathroom 10'6"X8'2"
    Bedroom 10'6"X12'5
Furnace, fuse box, hot water room 7'10"X5'
    Stairs 8'X6"

guessing this will cost about 20K 2013 might get a pony wall instead of a basement. Will find out 2010

Build a garage thinking this will cost 30K 2014

New tv stand and entertainment cabinets, I can't believe how much these designs have changed, added a
coffee table as well 2009 With changes happening all the time I don't really see this one working out.

    Grass or spreaders 2010?

Rose bushes RIP 2010 will take a pic once a year starting next year to pretend to see progress.

Yup, 2010 will have to look at painting the interior of the house. If I'm getting a pony wall than the painting might be put off a year.
2014 will clean my house for the first and last time, hehe. well will see. I am a huge hoarder of things as I've started my chucking of cassette tapes I might actually have more usable space in my house. Maybe. I might show house pics about four years behind to maybe show "progress" in my cleaning abilities.
